Objetive
The project carried out for the Community of Madrid called CycleMadrid has consisted of the development of a new website based on the needs raised by the association, by Julian and Chus from Rutas Pangea. They opted to design the website on the CMS WordPress as it offered them greater autonomy to manage it and a good indexing capacity in Google. In this way they would have a website with total autonomy that would cover all the technical needs of the project, which are none other than to promote as much as possible the generation of routes on safe roads in the Community of Madrid.
We found this to be a very interesting project, given that it is committed to the development of the rural ecosystem and the involvement of businesses linked to the world of cycling. A challenge at a technical and content level that has borne fruit in this magnificent project.
Descriptions in the actions
Regarding the approach taken by CycleMadrid management, a website has been created with a design focused on the use of cycling and business development. A design based on a content manager such as WordPress in which autonomy, design and positioning have been improved.
All the direct contact and supervision with Julio and Chus has been necessary to adapt the website to the needs of the project, especially in the maps section and the relationship with the Google Maps system. In this way, the creation of the website has been simplified and content aligned with the commercial and brand strategy proposed by CycleMadrid has been made available.
