

Objetive
The objective of the work carried out with Palou Boutique Hotel was basically to provide advice on improving results through different actions to attract direct bookings. From the outset, the aim was to serve as a sales department for the hotel so that Asiri could rely on them as those responsible for designing the marketing and sales strategy.
Descriptions in the actions
The work carried out with Palou consisted of analysing the different actions both at the level of attracting direct bookings and the intermediation that they are carrying out at the hotel. We analysed the optimisation of their website and a proposal was launched to optimise the channel. On the other hand, a script has been drawn up on the actions to be carried out in the daily management of the establishment’s online marketing and sales.
